Radcliffe Borough are based in Greater Manchester near Bury and were formed in 1949. The Boro have been in the Northern Premier League since 1987 and during that time have achieved two promotions winning the Division One title in 1997 and beating Chorley in the Play-Off final in 2003.
The Boro have a rich history in producing young talent and under former manager Kevin Glendon they amassed over £200,000 in transfer fees, selling on the likes of Jody Banim (Shrewsbury Town), Neil Hardy (Stockport County), Paul Mullin and Simon Carden (Accrington Stanley) and the biggest success story of them all, Craig Dawson who now plays for West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.

Ben Oldroyd and Adam Henshall were the first Radcliffe Borough football graduates when they both made their debuts against Droylsden on 25th April 2015. Adam Leach and Sam Daniels made their first team debuts in March 2016.
