Runcorn Linnets were formed in 2006 as a replacement for the town’s previous club Runcorn FC.
Promotion to the NPL was finally achieved in 2018 and they immediately joined the NPL Football Academy months later.
The Linnets Academy will begin in September 2019 with recruitment for the first intake starting in September 2018.
